Since 1955 the Wegner CH88T Chair has been gathering dust as a prototype ... until now. Carl Hansen & Son has officially launched the CH88 Chair as part of an ongoing celebration to mark Wegner's Birthday: he would have been 100 in 2014.

Even after 100 years, Wegner is still creating new masterpieces.

The CH88 Chair features a steam-bent wooden backrest for support with slight curves at the ends to create a natural resting place for your arms. An oval-shaped wooden seat sits on straight steel legs to create a light, organic and industrial feel. As a bonus, the CH88 is a stackable chair, adding to its incredible versatility.
